[Principal Peter] Florence Nightingale
Pictured on the right is a bronze statue of Jamaican businesswoman Mary Seacole located outside St. Thomas’ Hospital in London, right across the River Thames from the Houses of Parliament. It was unveiled in 2016. It is the first major public statue in the UK dedicated to a Black woman.
